Youth intersted in showing broliers at the Gillespie County Youth Livestock Show will purchase broilers through the Texas A&M Poultry Science Department. Exhibitors must order in increments of 25 with a maximum of 75 per family or per exhibitor.
Deadline to order County Broilers is Friday October 4. The deadline to order San Antonio or Houston/Austin broilers is September 20.
